Do you by chance have direct access to AdmServ?

https://<server-name>:81/login

That runs on its own Apache instance on port 81 (HTTPS) and might still 
work. If it does, go to "Server Management" / "Network Services" / 
"Server Access".

Turn off "Enable SSH Server", save and turn it back on. Then see if SSH 
works or not.

If it doesn't? On the same page enable "Shellinabox Console Access" and 
then under "Server Management" / "Programs" / "Console Login" you should 
be able to get a web based shell.

Or: If the GUI works and you need further help? Use the GUI to send a 
"Support Request" and I'll try to take a look.
