[BlueOnyx:27306] suPHP and wwwroot ownership error

In case of port conflicts with PHP FPM , when switching to suPHP I quite
often get  an error that  the wwwroot is not owned correctly.

Would it be possible to have the server automatically check the wwwroot
ownership when doing that change.

Also, is it possible to run aliased scripts outside of web when using
suPHP? CUrrent'y I am not able to
