I don't see the big and fat "Zend OPcache" block on your phpinfo().

Yours shows that /home/solarspeed/php-8.1/etc/php.d/opcache.ini is 
present as a config file and that PHP was built with '--enable-opcache'.

But it's no longer enabled.
