Yeah, it's best to enable auto-updates for that.

Go to "Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer" and 
then click on the "System Defaults" button.

The URL for this is /webapps/webAppDefaults if that's easier to find for 
you.

Find "roundcubemail" in the list and make sure "AUTOUPDATE" is enabled.

During the next daily cronjob it should take care of all installed 
RoundCubes and will upgrade them.
