[BlueOnyx:27354] question on pam_abl

I have some customers that can't seem to find which of their devices is
logging in with the wrong password over and over. So their IP gets added to
pam_abl.
I have a method to clear out that database for them so they don't have to
bother me.
But, I have a question on that, after clearing our that db by deleting the
db files. Do I need to restart dovecot and postfix?
Also, is there is simple command to clear out only their IP from pam_abl
And, should I restart pam_abl after deleting the db files or removing their
IP?
I appreciate your responses.
