Something is appending the domain-name of the server on the tail end of the virtual site's domain.  Look at the log entry - it has "magmawww.co.uk." tacked on to the end of the virtual sites's name "www.magma-group.co.uk."

That is usually the sign of a missing period in a DNS zone file.  Check the DNS zone file for magma-group.co.uk and make sure that any line that ends in a name has a period at the end of it.  Otherwise, the system will append the server's domain on the end.
