I'm not 100% sure if our dnsImport-script can still handle that and I can't 
test it at the moment as I don't have access to my old RaQ4.

But give it a try. Copy the zone files of the old RaQ to an empty directory on 
the BlueOnyx box and try this:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/dnsImport.pl /path/to/old/zonefiles
