[BlueOnyx:03130] Error restart HTTPD after edit

Have a site that has a cert installed site is on joomla, when I try to 
add the follow in the sitexx.include I get the error below:
   AllowOverride All
   Options All

   Options +FollowSymLinks

Error HTTPD failed to start
Syntax error on line 5 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl_perl.conf:

$parms->add_config() has failed: Option All not allowed here at 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/Apache2/PerlSections.pm

Line 5 is
use lib qw(/usr/sausalito/perl);
