I have a Joomla site with a RapidSSL cert, and it uses nothing in the
sitex.include.  

 

AllowOverride is set in the GUI for the server, Options FollowSymLinks,
Includes, Indexes and Multiviews set there as well.

 

Why do you have Options All followed by Options + FollowSymLinks?

Have a site that has a cert installed site is on joomla, when I try to add
the follow in the sitexx.include I get the error below:
  AllowOverride All
  Options All

  Options +FollowSymLinks

Error HTTPD failed to start
