Would I be correct in assuming that the easiest way to customise settings
would be by placing the settings in the site include file contained in the
"vhosts" folder?

 

The settings I am referring to are;

 

1. AllowOverride = All (httpd.conf)

2. session.save_handler = user (php.ini) 

3. error_reporting = set to E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE (php.ini)

 

I am not sure about the syntax to use when changing these settings. For
example would it be correct to use the php_admin_value?

 

Is there a set order that these should be placed in?
