Thats not the correct RPM, not sure how you got to that but try:

I have just tried this on a DL360 G4 with a base install of CentOS 5 ISO and the BlueOnyx Tarball (long story but shouldn't make a difference, my kernel matches yours) and it worked fine....

- It has one dependency/requirement of libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 so...
- yum install compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-138.i386
- rpm -ivh --nodeps hpadu-8.26-1.noarch.rpm

...it does complain about an missing/invalid user but I had that problem when I installed it 10 months ago and not seen any issues since, think it is just related to the Web GUI side of things which I didn't bother with.

To use it you simply do:

hpaducli -f /tmp/raid_report.txt

It gives you *a lot* of information but better than none at all, hope it is of some use! :-)
