I have done this before (quite a while ago) and the critical thing for the
AM warnings is to edit the CODB by hand to manage the drive configuration as
BO sees it. It can be done, I did it and spent more time than saving a CMU
export, doing a correct re-install, doing my customizations, then doing a
CMU import.
