[BlueOnyx:01449] Can't create output

Some mail does spool and is delivered. Others get this maillog error.

Also had this error

Jun 19 09:16:46 raq1 sendmail[23699]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(admin): can not chdir(/var/spool/mqueue/): Permission denied

Permission on the folder were 700
I changed the permissions to 770

Any recommends?
