Try going through the GUI and turning Globals on, and Safe Off.

Worked for me earlier.

Hello,
I am struggling with enabling PHP on my website in BlueOnyx. I tried to add
these "AddType application/x-httpd-php .php  ../x-httpd-hph .html
../x-httpd-php-source .phps" three lines to the httpd.conf file but still
does not work..  (Have enabled PHP scripting in BO GUI).
