[BlueOnyx:02623] PHP 404 Not Found error in daily report

    The last 3 days I have see in my logwatch report the 404 Not found has PHP errors.

Any ideas what's going on.  Is a new loaded blueonyx with all updates.

       /mysqladmin//scripts/setup.php: 1 Time(s)
       /robots.txt: 3 Time(s)
      /web//scripts/setup.php: 1 Time(s)
