[BlueOnyx:02305] bluequartz to blueonyx

We will be migrating from Bluequartz to Blueonyx. I'm aware of the fact
that I have to run the Cobalt Migration Utility. However, how do I run
it? How do I install it on Bluequartz? I've checked the Blueonyx website
and other than the link to download the pkg file there is nothing in
there related to running it or installing it. I checked the mailing list
and it according to this:
