Paul,

Did you ever get this fixed?  I just installed BX on a server running VMWare
ESX 4.0 and got the same messages.  It turned out that the problem was with
monitoring Disk Integrity while running ESX.  Turn off the Disk Integrity
monitoring and the messages go away.
