[BlueOnyx:04345] INVALID base-email.mo with YUM updates

I think,
An inavid update was done for base-email.mo on 
/usr/share/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES
with YUM updates recently.

The base-email.mo  on ../ja/LC_MESSAGES has only English contains not 
Japanse.
I unformated it,  and I found that it looks old  /en/../base-email.mo.

Please return it to the right thing.
