[BlueOnyx:03281] Site Remove Failed

Trying to remove a site through the GUI this morning, I see the 'Site Remove
Failed' message.

The site users *were* removed, but the site entry still exists in the
Virtual Site List.

I have restarted admserv and httpd with no change, even rebooted the server
and then removed all DNS records and files from the site, still no joy.

Following appears in /var/log/admserv/adm_error (on one line):

  [Thu Jan 07 09:25:42 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] 
  ServerScriptHelper.ServerScriptHelper(): Cannot 
  authenticate to CCE (login name: , session ID: )

In case it's relevant, the only thing special about this site is that it did
not handle email - that went to an external server.

Can anyone advise?
