[BlueOnyx:03457] Compass networks dfix

Every once in a while, dovecot needs to be restarted as users are
getting authentication failures. I am trying to install dfix from
Compass Networks, but can't seem to get the BlueLinq setup as described
in this doc...

When I go to register, it just sits there trying for a long time and
then pulls up the System Information page. I go check for updates and
none found. Is this still the way to install dfix?
