I tried restarting the admserv but it appears to be broke now for me:

[root at baraka dev]# service admserv restart

bind to address 0.0.0.0:81
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
                                                           [FAILED]

Fortunately, the httpd server is still running.
