I tried restarting the admserv but it appears to be broke now for me:
[root at baraka dev]# service admserv restart
Stopping admin web server: httpd.admsrv [ OK ]
Starting admin web server: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not
bind to address 0.0.0.0:81
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
[FAILED]
[root at baraka dev]# service admserv restart
