[BlueOnyx:04935] Question about BQ exports

Hi all. I have an archive that was created by the daily backup from NuOnce
from a BQ server that I ran a couple of years ago. Recently, I was ask for
some of the files out of an archive, but am not able to extract the files
using powerarchiver. Not having a BQ server anymore, I'm not able to cmu
import to be able to get them that way.

Any suggestions on how to get the files out of this archive on a windows
machine?
