[BlueOnyx:05003] Apache not Rewriting Anymore

Typical behavior is if I type in http://kevinsportmusic.com it will rewrite
the header and return the page as http://www.kevinsportmusic.com.  That is
not happening now for this site and a few other sites that I am hosting.  It
is very strange.  I am thinking this is why some of the sites that I have
running using multiple IP addresses aren't working right.  They are often
returning the wrong site..
