I've done a Rackstar OS2 -> BlueOnyx (fresh install).

You do a complete export (or partial like you would) in the cmuExport in the Rackstar OS, and do a import like normally in the cmuImport in BlueOnyx.

The only difference is that you have to go to the cmuImport script and add a new "device". I'll have to go find the additions I put into cmuImport.

MySQL database dump is relatively straight foward, but you would want to create the dbs first in the GUI in BlueOnyx before you import the MySQL databases.
