[BlueOnyx:04429] DNS does not propagate

Hi,

my domain ARTHURSHERMAN.INFO has moved to another server (dedicated ->
VPS, BQ -> BO).
it is the main domain there under hostname NS1.ARTHURSHERMAN.INFO

PTR for the hostname is set at datacenter's NS.

IP has been changed at Godaddy.

A week at least has passed, but, somehow, the domain doesn't
propagate, only NS1.ARTHURSHERMAN.INFO is known.

if i connect directly to the domain's NS, it shows correct values.

Maybe, i have done a mistake in the setup?
