Look at /etc/fstab or execute mount command to see mounted partitions

/dev/VolGroup00/root
/dev/VolGroup00/tmp
/dev/VolGroup00/home
/dev/VolGroup00/var
/dev/md0

AFAIK you would have to do all the above
