I found:
[root at server ~]# ./oids-reports.sh
1-522,524-532,534-638,647-651,679,687,689,693-696,698-711,713-719,721-750,752-76
/usr/sausalito/codb/codb.oids reports:
1-546

I actually had to edit /usr/sausalito/codb/codb.oids twice to make this 
work, but it did fix the issue.

Pretty strange.
