[BlueOnyx:04652] BQ issue

Hello,

I have a BQ issue, can some one give me some hints?

The BQ is running since 4 years w/o problems.
Now when I try to create a new site I always got this error:

Sorry, the email alias, apache, is already in use on this system. Please 
choose another.
Unable to create the system email alias, apache at www.vattelapesca.com, 
for this site. Make sure no user on the system is using the alias and 
try again.


If I try to create an user xxxxxxxxx in any existing site I always got 
this error:

Sorry, the email alias, xxxxxxxxx, is already in use on this system. 
Please choose another
