My config looks as follows at the bottom:

    DefaultRoot     / wheel
        DefaultRoot             / admin-users
        DefaultRoot             ~/../../.. site-adm
        DefaultRoot             ~ !site-adm            
        AllowOverwrite  on
        DefaultChdir            /web
        DisplayLogin    .ftphelp
</VirtualHost>

This is the way it was before and it worked perfectly for literally years,
first on BQ and then BO. Now today after the update it does not work. I
can't see anything that was changed in the proftp.conf file either.
