[BlueOnyx:05780] emails not forwarding

Hi. I need some help this morning. Something happened last night and now
none of the email forwards work.

 

here is what I get in the mail log when I try to send a message to an
account that should forward:

the permission on the .forward is set to 644 . Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
