I did a bit more research on this and it appears that MailMan is not 
running. When I try restarting it manually I get the following error:

"Starting mailman: Site list is missing: mailman"

I tried creating a list called "mailman" on one of my virtual sites, but 
that did not fix the problem.

Any ideas?
