[BlueOnyx:09155] SSH - Login issue

when signing into my box I Noticed the message after I put the user name was "Access denied"

login as: admin
Access denied
admin at 96.11.87.141's password:
Last login: Wed Nov 30 10:12:31 2011 from 


Seemed out of place.  Think it is anything to worry about?  Hack/Attack or anything?
