[BlueOnyx:09255] dovecot problems

Hello list,

The last couple of days one blueonyx 5106 keeps hanging in dovecot
No logins possible

I have to manually restart dovecot to get everyting working again
Im running apf/bfd for firewalling/securing, bfd is running every minute

Other servers are fine

I see a lot of messages in /var/log/secure like this

pam_abl[9582]: Unknown error 4294936319 (-30977) while updating database
pam_abl[9582]: Unknown error 4294936319 (-30977) while closing database

any idée what to do ?
