Hi Steffan,

we had a similar issue some time ago.
Please try these two things:

/etc/init.d/pam_abl/restart

if this does not work:

/etc/init.d/purge, then /etc/init.d/cced.init restart

If both ways didn´t work:

in var/lib/abl delete both databases
/etc/init.d/pam_abl/restart
/etc/init.d/cced.init restart

This hint was from Michael and one of them should work, hopefully for 
you too..
