Some time ago, I started writing a WHAM moodle module. At the time, 
moodle required a different version of PHP, so I did not finish the 
project. More recently, I've finally got around to doing my own PHP 
module, so that problems fixed.

I'll see if I can get a moodle WHAM module out in the next week or so.
