Absolutely, Chris. With "yum update" and at the worst with "yum groupinstall 
BlueOnyx" you'll be able to bring it fully up to the same level that the 
"stable" 5107R will eventually be.

The "yum groupinstall BlueOnyx" is usually used to install BlueOnyx with all 
dependencies. But if you already have everything (or 99% of it) installed, it 
will only fetch whatever may be missing.
