Well it would have been nice if I had read a little more closely but I 
did not.

I did have an extra repo active from when trying to get mediacore to work.

What I did was yum remove phpmyadmin and it removed 3 packages:

Still don't have a file at /usr/sausilito/ui/web/phpMyAdmin.

can someone do me a favor and run

rpm -qf /usr/sausalito/ui/web/phpMyAdmin

and tell me what package I am missing?
