Please try to email again or try to use the phone number listed on the 
website. It could be that emails from or to you have been blocked in the past. 
Just yesterday I tried to reach a US client, whose provider had blocked both 
my German provider and the Virtbiz network from which I occasionally mail from 
(AT&T, go figure).
