I rolled back my changes manual changes to make the error happen again, and yum updated. All looks good :)

Whilst I am feeling helpful, there is a load of 'ereg_replace() is deprecated' errors when you click the help question mark in top right. Changing line 65 to:

return("[[$domainPiece" . preg_replace("/\[\[[_a-zA-Z0-9-]\]\]$/", "\\2", $tag) . "]]");

Might fix it, but my regex skills are a little 'keep shooting in the dark until you hit something' so you might want to check ;) ....
