Yeah, it's certainly the right place. You could also add a ticket at 
http://devel.blueonyx.it/trac/newticket, but the ticket system there is 
treated a bit like an unwanted step-child. :p

Yeah, that's possible. Although from a coding perespective it would be easier 
to add a clickable icon for that purpose next to the "edit" and "delete" icons 
in the Vsite list.

Yes, the site numbers eventually get re-used. When you delete a site and 
create a new one, chances are that the old site-number will be re-used 
straight away. If not, it'll get re-used eventually down the road.
