This is on a 5106R. I have a customer that wanted to delete some
subdomains. He reports that when he logs in as a site admin, clicks to
Services > Sub Domains, then clicks to remove, it never goes away.
I tried as Server Admin, and the subdomains went right away.
Next I tried logged in as his user, and watched it fail and flash this
message in red down at the GUI bottom:
Sorry, an internal server error occurred. Permission for DESTROY is
denied. Please visit http://BlueOnyx.it/ for technical info.
In /var/log/messages, I get this:
Nov 25 07:55:12 web cced(smd)[28479]: client 4083:[48:9725]: DESTROY 5499
Nov 25 07:55:12 web cced(smd)[28479]: client 4083:[48:9725]: DESTROY
5499 failed (-9)
I also tried to create a subdomain as the user, and I got:
Sorry, an internal server error occurred. Permission for CREATE is
denied. Please visit http://BlueOnyx.it/ for technical info.
This is what I get in /var/log/messages:
Nov 25 07:56:19 web cced(smd)[29534]: client 4083:[48:9727]: CREATE
"Subdomains" "webpath" "=" "/home/.sites/66/site39/vhosts/another1125"

Nov 25 07:56:20 web cced(smd)[29534]: LOCKDEBUG: Locked file y: No such

Nov 25 07:56:20 web cced(smd)[29535]: client 4083:[48:26525]: SET 930 .
subdomains "max_subdomains" "=" "" "vsite_enabled" "=" ""
Nov 25 07:56:20 web cced(smd)[29535]: client 4083:[48:26525]: SET
930.subdomains failed (-5)
Subdomains are enabled for the site, Max # set at 10000
I just tried with another domain on the server and got the same error.
Any ideas?
