PAM_ABL does temporary blocks if someone repeatedly authenticates with the 
wrong username/password combination. If the GUI pages shows this activity with 
a red light, then it means that the temporary block for that event is still in 
action. If it shows a geen light instead, then it means that no more failed 
login attempts for that event were registered in between and that the 
temporary block has eventually expired.
