[BlueOnyx:08427] 5107R VGA Monitor install

this past week, I visited 3 clients offices to upgrade from BlueQuartz
to BlueOnyx (5107R)

None of their VGA monitors would work, saw the splash screen, the
options, but nothing after that. Now these clients have nothing but old
monitor type in their data-rooms/closets.

I looked through isolinux and kickstart but didn't see a monitor
resolution option.

Where?
