Oh oh. But better late than never. :o)

Thank you!

Yeah, with MySQL it's like this:
There are some parts of our GUI that need to know your MySQL "root" password.
It needs to know it in order to automatically create MySQL users and MySQL
database for Vsites. This is of course optional.
Likewise, our built in phpMyAdmin will login users automatically into
phpMyAdmin with the right username and password suiteable to their privilege
levels. Provided the GUI "knows" the MySQL "root" password.
I guess you already changed your MySQL "root" password through means other
than the GUI. Which is fine. But now you need to go to "Network Services" /
"MySQL" and on the first of the three tabs you see there, it asks for your
current MySQL"root" password. The 2nd tab lets you change the password, by the
way, while the third tab allows you to perform a MySQL dump.
Once you have entered the current MySQL "root" password (twice) in the first
tab, the MySQL status will change and it will tell you that the GUI can now
connect to MySQL.

Sure, bring them on. :-)

Yes and no. I have a MyDNS PKG for BlueQuartz and I'm actually still using
MyDNS myself. Never got around to market it off my site, or to build a
BlueOnyx version of it. There was just too little demand to make it
worthwhile.
But as I have to move my MyDNS from BQ to BX soon when I retire my last two BQ
boxes), I'll build a BlueOnyx PKG for it, too. Even if I'll be the only one
using it. ;o)
