Hmmm. Yeah, I see what you mean. The fix to base-user only make sure that 
Sendmail is restarted when a user is added, removed or updated.

When a Vsite is added, removed or changed, the "old" mechanism ...

sendmail stop
killall -9 sendmail
sendmail start

... is still used.

I should change the last "sendmail start" to "sendmail restart" as well, just 
to make sure that it works correctly.

I'll look into it and will release a fix tonight.
