[BlueOnyx:11754] Runaway process

The last couple of day have a server that jumps to 700 to 800 processes 
which are these:

       \_ /usr/sausalito/bin/cceclient
      \_ grep ^104
       \_ cut -d   -f 3
  /bin/bash /usr/sausalito/sbin/swatch.sh
   \_ /usr/bin/perl -I/usr/sausalito/perl /usr/sbin/swatch -c 
/etc/swatch.conf
  /bin/sh -c /home/solarspeed/av-spam/bin/restart_services.pl > 
/dev/null 2>&1

Which is a vps on Aventurine and the only way I have found to stop or 
fix is to restart the vps

Any feedback would be nice
