Hi Michael,

Would it be possible to allow a site admin account to change the web
ownership to 'apache'? I ask because I have several WordPress installs and
the easiest way to get them working is to let Apache own all files and
folders. Unfortunately, it appears only a server administrator can do this -
site admins can only choose between themselves and 'nobody'.

I may be overlooking something, but it occurs to me that site admins already
have enough access to wreck a site anyway.
