Yeah, I have run into this one as well once. Haven't found a solution for this 
yet, as I don't know what's really wrong there. The really strange part was 
that it were two rapidssl certs. One went in without a hitch. The other one 
(same box, different site) only went in once I created a self signed cert and 
manually replaced it <sigh>.
