[BlueOnyx:09847] blueonyx admin GUI import not work

HI All

I try to import the user in blueonyx GUI (User Management > Import), i
upload the userlist.tsv, the page show "Status    Adding Users (0/2)", no
err msg, just reload the page, i check the message log

I use IE9
