I just tried on 2 different 5108R boxes, both fully updated, and was not 
able to duplicate the failure.

Is this a "stock" server? ie: regular PHP, not upgraded outside of 
BlueOnyx, etc?   When I have seen the "Cannot redeclare class 
uiextension" before, that has usually been on a system that has had PHP 
"tweaked".

BTW: One of our employees is in Frankfurt now.  She says it's lovely.
